These terms apply when you use this website or stay at The White Palace, Bhuj. By sending an enquiry or staying with us, you agree to them. Please read them with our cancellation policy and privacy policy.

Using this website

The text, photos and design of this website belong to The White Palace and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

We keep the information here accurate, but photos are for illustration and room details, rates and offers can change. What we confirm to you directly is what applies.

Enquiries and confirmation

Sending an enquiry on this website is a request, not a booking. It does not hold a room. The front desk confirms availability and the rate by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Your stay is confirmed only when we confirm it to you and receive any advance we have asked for. Please give correct details, so we can reach you.

Rates and payment

  • Rates are per room per night, in Indian rupees, and do not include GST, which is added as applicable.
  • Single-occupancy rates apply to one adult in a room. Two or more guests pay the double-occupancy rate.
  • Breakfast is included in the room rate. Airport and station pickup, and anything else not stated as included, is charged separately.
  • We accept cash, UPI and debit or credit cards. The bill is settled at check-out, unless agreed otherwise.
  • An offer applies only on the dates and terms stated with it, and cannot be combined with another unless we say so.

Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in is from 11 am and check-out is by 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may be charged.
  • Every adult must show a valid government photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID). Foreign guests must show a passport and valid visa. We may refuse check-in without valid ID, as the law requires.
  • Children must stay with an adult. Extra beds depend on the room and are charged as stated.

House rules

  • Please respect other guests: keep noise down at night and in shared spaces.
  • Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors are welcome in shared areas.
  • Illegal substances, weapons and anything that may cause a fire are not allowed.
  • Pets are welcome when you tell us in advance. You are responsible for your pet’s behaviour and any damage it causes.
  • We may ask anyone who puts other guests, staff or the property at risk to leave, without a refund.

Damage and belongings

You are responsible for any damage to the room or property caused by you, your group or your pet, beyond normal use, and we may charge for repair or replacement.

Please keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, except where the law makes us so.

Our responsibility

We do our best to make every stay comfortable and safe. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events outside our control, such as weather, power or network failures, strikes or government orders. Travel information on this website, including the Kutch guide and the White Rann permit, is a helpful guide; check timings and rules with the authorities before you travel.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat. If you have a complaint, please tell us first and we will try to put it right.
