Check-in is from 11 am and check-out is by 10 am. Everything else you might want to know before you book is below. If something is not covered, ask the front desk.
Check-in and check-out
- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is from 11 am and check-out is by 10 am. If your train or flight is at an odd hour, tell us and we will do what we can.
- Can we check in early or leave late?
- Early check-in and late check-out depend on the rooms that day. If we need to hold the room for you, it is charged as half a night.
Cancellation
- What if we need to cancel?
- Cancel up to 7 days before arrival and we refund your advance in full. Within 7 days, the first night is kept. During Rann Utsav and on long weekends, the homestay may ask for different terms, and we will tell you before you pay.
Children and extra beds
- Do children stay free?
- Children under 6 sharing the bed stay free. From 6 to 12, an extra bed is charged at the room's extra bed rate.
- Which rooms take an extra bed?
- Both room types take one extra bed: a Standard Room for a child, a Deluxe Room for a child or an adult.
ID and permits
- What ID do we need?
- Every adult needs a government photo ID at check-in: Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID. Foreign guests need a passport and visa, and we fill in Form C as required by law.
- Do we need a permit for the White Rann?
- Yes. Apply online before the day, or at the Bhirandiyara check post on the way. Carry the same ID you used to apply.
Privacy
- What do you do with our details?
- We use the details you send in an enquiry only to reply to you and to manage your stay. We do not sell or share them. ID copies are kept only as long as the law requires.
- Do you use cookies?
- The site uses anonymous analytics to understand which pages are useful. No advertising cookies.
Terms
- Is an enquiry a booking?
- No. An enquiry asks the homestay to hold rooms. Your stay is confirmed only when the front desk calls or messages you to confirm, and any advance is received.
- Do rates include tax?
- Rates on the site are per room per night, before GST. Taxes are added as applicable when you confirm.
