For most of the year the Rann is a white plain with nothing on it, and for most of the day it is completely quiet.
People come to Kutch for the salt, the craft villages and the old palaces, and nearly every one of those journeys starts in Bhuj. After a long day out, what they need is a calm, clean room to come back to.
So we opened a small place in Bhuj, on Airport Ring Road, a few minutes from the airport. White walls, because everything in Kutch is white. Breakfast every morning, and a front desk that helps you plan the day out.
“We wanted a calm place to come back to after a long day on the salt.”

What we do, and what we do not
We keep things simple. There is no spa and no swimming pool. There are clean, calm rooms, breakfast every morning, a reception that is open all night, and people who know Kutch and will tell you how to see it.
Bhuj is the gateway to Kutch: the palaces and the old city are close by, the craft villages are a short drive, and the White Rann is a day trip. The Kutch guide lists them.
Many of the people who work here are from the villages around Bhuj. Ask them about the Rann in the monsoon, when it is a sea, and you will hear things no guidebook has.
